Prototype, fixtures, and jigs; ensure integration with fluidic interfaces.
Collaborate with Systems, Fluidics, Assay Development, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
Manage design control docs and risk assessments; mentor in plastic part design.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering; 10+ years experience.
Injection molding and plastic manufacturing expertise.
Consumables bonding tech: laser/ultrasonic welding, adhesives.
Material selection for high-volume, chemical-resistant plastics.
Fluidic design for milli- and microfluidic dosing and metering.
SolidWorks CAD with GD&T experience.
