Doctor Eleksis looking for a Trainee Business Analyst in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil).

ABOUT PROJECT

Doctor ELEKS is a smart medical information system that allows healthcare organizations to deliver improved patient care at a lowered cost by automating and streamlining complex operating processes and clinical data management practices.

The mission of the product is to accelerate the quality and value of healthcare service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Background in business analysis, economics, management, or information technology (current students or recent graduates are also welcome)
  • Experience working with requirements, specifications, and basic diagrams
  • Demonstrates agility in learning and adapting to new domains
  • Able to organize information clearly and precisely
  • Proficiency in English and Ukrainian languages. Sufficient for reading and writing documentation
  • Confident Use of Google Docs / MS Word.Experience with Confluence and Jira is a plus

    • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participation in client meetings alongside the lead analyst
  • Working with documentation: reviewing, clarifying, and structuring
  • Preparing task descriptions, specifications, and user stories
  • Process analysis and participation in creating process diagrams
  • Assisting with maintaining Confluence or other knowledge repositories
