REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience leading a development team of 5 or more members
  • Hands-on development experience using a Java framework
  • Experience in system design and creating design documentation in English for Java applications
  • Proficient in Java coding for system development
  • Experience with testing (Unit Test, Integration Test, and System Test), including test case creation and execution for Java applications
  • Experience with GitLab for source control and development workflows
  • Ability to proactively manage and track tasks, and regularly share updates on assignments and progress
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

    • NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience developing systems related to authorization or payment processing
  • Experience leading a development team of 10 or more members
  • Experience in system development using AWS
  • Experience in system development using OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)

    • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications
  • Lead QA efforts as necessary to ensure project quality and successful delivery
  • Manage a team of developers, providing guidance and task assignments
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance practices to maintain high standards in deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and serve as the key communication bridge between teams
