REQUIREMENTS 1+ year of commercial experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT roles.Fundamental understanding of core HR processes, including onboarding, adaptation, one-on-one meetings, and feedback mechanisms.Strong analytical skills and a preference for structured, methodical approaches.Demonstrated proactivity, with a proven ability to take initiative, propose improvements, and drive progress independently. PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS Excellent listening, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to find creative solutionsAbility to work in a team and individuallyAttentiveness to detailsSense of responsibility, dedication, and attitude towards success RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment (70%)Manage the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions (mainly at the Middle level).Conduct vacancy briefings with hiring managers and develop comprehensive candidate profiles.Perform candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews (including HR and initial technical assessments).Ensure effective candidate management, communication, and support throughout all stages of the hiring process.Engage with both active and passive candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.HR Functions (30%)Oversee onboarding processes for new employees and provide support during preboarding activities.Foster a positive team environment through micro-interactions, small initiatives, and pulse surveys.Collaborate with the People Operations Manager to enhance and optimize HR processes.Participate in internal projects, including training programs, mini-events, and welcome initiatives.
