Doctor Eleks is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Lviv.

Doctor Eleks is a Ukrainian product IT company that creates an ecosystem of medical solutions for thousands of clinics and millions of patients. We are growing, and as we expand, we need a strong Talent Acquisition/HR Specialist to support our People processes and help build a great team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year of commercial experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT roles.
  • Fundamental understanding of core HR processes, including onboarding, adaptation, one-on-one meetings, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Strong analytical skills and a preference for structured, methodical approaches.
  • Demonstrated proactivity, with a proven ability to take initiative, propose improvements, and drive progress independently.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment (70%)
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions (mainly at the Middle level).
  • Conduct vacancy briefings with hiring managers and develop comprehensive candidate profiles.
  • Perform candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews (including HR and initial technical assessments).
  • Ensure effective candidate management, communication, and support throughout all stages of the hiring process.
  • Engage with both active and passive candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • HR Functions (30%)
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new employees and provide support during preboarding activities.
  • Foster a positive team environment through micro-interactions, small initiatives, and pulse surveys.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations Manager to enhance and optimize HR processes.
  • Participate in internal projects, including training programs, mini-events, and welcome initiatives.
