Our client is a Germany-based global supplier of pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment, specializing in Bioprocess Solutions and Lab Products & Services.
REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience in the Data Science fieldStrong expertise in both Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing Hands-on experience with one or more of the following CV tasks: activity detection (HAR), pose estimation/skeleton extraction, hand gesture detection, object localization/re-identificationExperience with one or more of the following NLP tasks: dictionary learning, information retrieval, LLMsFamiliarity with contrastive loss, CLIP, and temporal models is a strong plusProficiency in Python for data science and machine learning tasksAdvanced English communication skills (spoken and written)Willingness to travel for occasional business trips RESPONSIBILITIES Create innovative AI models and algorithms to support smart user guidance systems, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and user experienceUtilize a combination of CV and NLP methods to analyze visual and textual data, enabling intelligent system responses and feedbackBuild and test proof-of-concept models to demonstrate feasibility, performance, and scalability of AI-driven featuresWork closely with a cross-functional team to align AI development with project goals and system architectureProvide input on interface and workflow design to ensure seamless integration of AI components into the user guidance systemCollect, preprocess, and analyze data to train models, ensuring high accuracy and reliability in real-time environmentsMaintain clear documentation of methodologies, experiments, and results; contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practicesKeep up-to-date with advancements in AI, CV, and NLP to continuously improve solutions and recommend new approaches
