Doctor ELEKS is looking for a Project Coordinator (PM assistant)in Lviv or Kyiv.

ABOUT PROJECT

Doctor ELEKS is a smart medical information system that allows healthcare organizations to deliver improved patient care at a lowered cost by automating and streamlining complex operating processes and clinical data management practices.

The mission of the product is to accelerate the quality and value of health care service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

0.5 years of experience in account management or project coordination/PM assistant

Experience in daily operational coordination of teams, conducting meetings, and taking notes

Knowledge of project management basics (Scrum/Kanban/Agile principles)

Strong Intermediate level of English (both oral and written skills)

Experience with JIRA and Confluence would be a plus

Great communication skills for an effective communication with a customer as well as a team

Attention to detail

Proactiveness

Great organizational skills

Ability to multitask

RESPONSIBILITIES

Participating in regular calls with stakeholders

Task backlog management and prioritization

Synchronization of tasks between the customer and the development team

Preparing notes, updating statuses in Jira, controlling deadlines

Communication with customer representatives on operational issues

Overall project structure (documentation, flow, meetings) support
