REQUIREMENTS Ukrainian language proficiency.English - Advanced+ levelExcellent communication and negotiation skillsGood analytical skillsGood understanding of DDLCExperience creating documentation following the Microsoft Style GuideGood experience working with documents: creating instructions from scratch, editing, formatting, restructuringAdvanced in MS WordDegree in Translations, Philology, or Applied Linguistics would be a plus RESPONSIBILITIES Define and recognize client’s writing style under supervision of senior staffUnderstand the product requirements and identify the requirements for the publications to be developed under supervision of senior staffAssist in estimating documentation development effort and creating project plansAgree task deadlines with Project Manager or Head of IDOAssist with interviewing subject matter experts to become familiar with product technologies and production methodsAssist with organizing information and preparing documentation outline to best meet the needs of diverse product audiencesCreate documentation templates under supervision of senior staffUse publication terminology and write technical documentation that conforms to publication standards (Microsoft, Apple) under supervision of senior staffAssist in review of published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, and contentConvert technical information into easily understood content through images, diagrams, presentations, and videosFollow a standardized process to edit and deliver software documentationAssist with validating deliverables for accuracy, readability, and usabilityTranslate technical texts that require review and editing from senior staffUnderstand the basic rules of writing HTML codeCommunicate the status of documentation tasks in progress to ensure timely delivery WHAT YOU WILL GET WITH ELEKS Close cooperation with a customerChallenging tasksCompetence developmentTeam of professionalsDynamic environment with a low level of bureaucracy
