REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience in business analysisStrong experience with pre-salesExperience on midsize or large projects (10+ people)Strong negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skillsCapability to choose the optimal requirements organization and modeling techniqueAbility to see the big picture, plan the work approach properly, and move forward with small stepsAbility to work independently, organize proper stakeholder management, and own BA processes workflowAbility to adapt to project changes during the project flowCompetency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent planning, organizational, and time management skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAdvanced level of English & German RESPONSIBILITIES Define business needs and business change driversDrive pre-sales activities for new German clientsManage customer expectations and translate needs into effective solutionsElicit requirements using different BA techniques (interviews, focus groups, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis, etc.)Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying needsDocument, analyze, and prioritize detailed business requirements based on users and business needsProactively identify improvements that would increase efficiency or productivity in work effort, processes, or application featuresEstablish and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholdersPlan and Coordinate BA team at the projectConduct BA team coaching and mentoring (subordinate RAs and BAs, QAs, etc.)Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices, as well as other proceduresDevelop requirements and other project documentation templatesConduct requirements audit WHAT YOU WILL GET WITH ELEKS Close cooperation with a customerChallenging tasksCompetence developmentTeam of professionalsDynamic environment with low level of bureaucracy
