Electronics RF Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop long-range radio transceiver electronics from requirements to production.
• Define verification and validation, EMC and thermal optimisation, and FCC/RED certification.
• Conduct antenna and RF measurement campaigns in-house and with external facilities.
• Participate in field tests to validate link budget, latency, and interference rejection in real-world conditions.
• Create supporting documents such as concepts, CAD drawings, BOMs and assembly instructions.
• Troubleshoot electrical/software issues with SA, VNA and oscilloscopes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in RF design or SDR development, including antenna integration, verification and validation.
• Skilled in RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers).
• Experienced in designing complex mixed-signal boards, including layout of high-speed interfaces like USB3.1, GbE or MIPI-CSI.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Altium is desirable.
• Experience with Ansys HFSS or Cadence MWO / Keysight ADS is a plus.
