Electronic Lab Technician

📋 Description

• Repair complex electronic and telecom equipment; diagnose faults to component level.
• Build, test, and document power supplies, RF boards, and other assemblies.
• Read schematics, mechanical drawings, and block diagrams.
• Fine-pitch SMT soldering/desoldering, including BGA, per IPC standards.
• Operate and maintain test benches with COTS server, switch, router gear.
• Collaborate with engineers on prototypes, verification, and root-cause analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Electronics or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in electronics assembly/test/repair (telecom/RF/networking).
• Read schematics, datasheets, and instructions.
• Hands-on with test equipment (PSU, scopes, generators, DMM, spectrum analyzers).
• Linux CLI (RHEL/Ubuntu) and SSH; basic Python or Bash scripting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and teamwork.
