Operate CNC-controlled electron-beam (EB) welding machines including part set-up
Develop, maintain, and evaluate weld schedules
Upkeep general machine maintenance and test
Utilize EB welding on metals including titanium, stainless steel, copper, C103, and inconel

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
1+ year TIG welding experience or certificate from accredited program
2+ years electron beam welding experience
Experience with high and low voltage welding machines
Experience with manual and robotic welding
Knowledge of AWS D17.1
