Electromechanical Technician (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Fabricate and assemble high-quality electromechanical assemblies
• Self-monitor progress to meet area benchmarks and on-time delivery
• Read and interpret drawings and controlled docs (GD&T, procedures)
• Record work in ERP and use MS Outlook
• Verify flight hardware and document results clearly
• Assist with development of production processes for first-time runs

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience using mechanical hand tools
• 2+ years with wire harnesses or electronics
• Associate degree or hands-on prototype experience
• Willing to work shifts/overtime/weekends
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand long periods
