Electromechanical Technician (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Fabricate and assemble high-reliability electromechanical assemblies
• Self-monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery
• Read and interpret drawings and controlled docs (GD&T)
• Record work in ERP and communicate via MS Outlook
• Verify flight hardware and document results clearly
• Assist with production processes for first-time runs and area improvements

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years of experience using mechanical hand tools
• Associate degree (preferred)
• 6+ years with wire harnesses/electronics
• Experience with flight hardware in fast-paced production
• Ability to adapt to changing assignments and fast-paced work
