Support pre-compliance and third-party testing; enable in-house self-certification.
Ensure EMI/EMC and radio requirements are met.
Design, build, procure and operate an EMC test facility (10 meter chamber).
Obtain and maintain lab accreditation (A2LA or NVLAP).
Develop and maintain calibration of lab equipment.
Interface with design teams to set EMC requirements for Starlink products.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related field.
1+ years hardware-focused test engineering experience.
3+ years E3 experience; EMI/EMC and RF analysis, design, and testing.
Experience with CISPR/FCC RF and EMC standards.
EMC lab experience including accreditation, maintenance and calibration.
Ability to read schematics, PCB layouts, CAD drawings.
