🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
2+ years in hands-on manufacturing or bachelor’s in engineering, math, or science
Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or science
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, datasheets, and work instructions
Experience maintaining and troubleshooting electrical test equipment (amplifiers, pogo pins)
Experience diagnosing PCB failure modes and root cause analysis
