Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes and tooling (AOI, bed‑of‑nails, flying probe)
Analyze production processes and machinery from first-principles physics
Lead DOE to stabilize processes; perform root-cause analysis to improve yields
Develop project plans, budgets, and cost/benefit analyses for new processes or machines
Own machine activation and testing with a small team
Solve manufacturing issues (part quality, machine reliability, process instability)

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering
1+ years hands-on manufacturing experience
Ability to read technical drawings
Problem solving using first principles
Experience maintaining/troubleshooting electrical test equipment
Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards
