🎯 Requirements

- Solve complex problems from first principles with minimal supervision on tight schedules
- Experience maintaining/troubleshooting electrical test equipment (amplifiers, pogo pins)
- Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards and quality tools (DOE, SPC, PFMEA)
