π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or STEM
- 1+ years hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability engineering (internships and co-ops acceptable)
- Master's degree in electrical or computer engineering or physics (preferred)
- Experience with test equipment: oscilloscope, multimeter, electronic load, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, vector signal generator, source measure unit
- Strong programming in Python and C/C++
- Thorough understanding of electronics reliability, manufacturing, and failure mechanisms
- Knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis
