- Booking, coordinating, and carrying out health checks on OTP ASHP installations
- Assessing compliance with electrical standards and best practice alongside overall system integration
- Acting as the primary point of contact for OTP technical queries, escalations, and aftercare issues
- Supporting and managing electrical safety or compliance escalations, ensuring timely resolution
- Working closely with technical design engineers, the Cosy team, and OES stakeholders to support OTP requests end-to-end
- Providing clear, constructive feedback to partners following health checks, highlighting risks and improvements
🎯 Requirements
- Strong electrical background with domestic installations (including heat pumps)
- Knowledge of ASHP systems and heating controls interfaces
- Experience with installation partners, subcontractors, or field teams in technical/assurance roles
- Confident handling technical discussions, non-conformances, and escalations
- Recognised electrical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3)
- Desirable: 18th Edition BS7671, G3/MCS, and mechanical heat pump experience
