Manage day-to-day operations of the Service Division, including service calls and maintenance.
Schedule and dispatch service technicians to maximize productivity and response time.
Review and approve service estimates, T&M work, and pricing.
Own service revenue, gross margin, labor efficiency, and overall performance.
Lead and coach service technicians to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Ensure accurate job documentation, timely invoicing, and clean job closeout.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of commercial electrical experience
Prior experience managing service technicians or field teams
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and troubleshooting
Proven ability to manage labor, schedules, and job profitability
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Journeyman or Master Electrician license
