Schedule/dispatch service technicians to maximize productivity and response time.
Review/approve service estimates, T&M work, and pricing.
Own service revenue, gross margin, labor efficiency, and performance.
Lead, coach, and hold service technicians to safety, quality, and productivity.
Ensure accurate job documentation, timely invoicing, and clean closeout.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of commercial electrical experience
Prior experience managing service technicians or field teams
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Proven ability to manage labor, schedules, and job profitability
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
