- The Electrical Package Manager has overall responsibility for the management of all aspects of the electrical packages.
- Lead design, procurement, contract governance, pre-construction, mobilisation and delivery through to handover with a defect-free ambition.
- Promote a safety-first culture; work with the Project Lead to apply Goodman safety standards and zero-accident objectives.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders and act as the main contact for the electrical package or discipline.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team and contractors to ensure buildability, commissionability, and compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in delivering DC development projects in GC or developer roles.
- Experience managing complex projects with strong leadership and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Degree or equivalent in Construction PM, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Applicable Safety for Managers training.
