🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 5+ years supervisory/electrical maintenance in industry
- Experience with 3-phase motor controls and 480V systems
- CA Certified General Electrician or C-10 license (preferred)
- Able to read engineering drawings and specs
- Willing to relocate to Hawthorne, CA (not remote)
