🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience or interest in electrical trades; apprenticeship certificate a plus
- Able to lift, bend, climb ladders; work indoors/outdoors in varying weather and confined spaces
- Follow instructions closely and work safely under supervision
- Basic understanding of hand tools and willingness to learn electrical tools/materials
- Comfortable working in a team environment and eager to grow into more skilled roles
