- Residential and Commercial experience a plus.
- Proficient with Accubid Enterprise and LiveCount Plan Viewer.
- Ability to read specifications and multiple trade drawings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and electrical/plumbing/mechanical codes.
- MS Office skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
