🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field; equivalent industrial experience considered
- 3+ years in automated manufacturing equipment
- Experience troubleshooting and programming PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
- Strong electrical troubleshooting (motors, drives, sensors, HMIs, industrial controls)
- Read electrical schematics, ladder logic, and technical docs
- Cross-functional maintenance/operations experience
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and root cause analysis
- Strong communication and organization in fast-paced environment
