🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an ABET-accredited university
15+ years of electrical engineering experience
Prior leadership experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Advanced analytical, financial, and communication skills
Strategic thinking and planning with experience in financial analysis and budgeting
