- Desire to make systems smarter, faster, cheaper, and more reliable.
- Experience delivering with minimal time and resources.
- Experience developing fundamentally new hardware.
- Analog signal chains, sensor conditioning, or filter design.
- Ethernet, switches, MCUs, FPGAs, memory, or networking concepts.
- Designing switching power converters, power magnetics, or EMI/EMC compliance.
- DSP, analog control loops, or loop stability.
- PCB layout for switching converters and high-speed signal integrity.
- High voltage systems, Li-ion batteries, solid-state switches, or power distribution.
- Design-for-manufacture and productization of electronics.
- Automation of hardware development; scripting to accelerate analysis or simulation.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
