- 6+ years in electrical systems for robotics or tight electromechanical products.
- Own hardware from concept through PCB layout, bring-up, validation, deployment.
- Design compact, high-density electronics for tight mechanical constraints.
- Experience with BGAs, rigid-flex, fine-pitch interconnects, micro-coax, FPCs.
- Reason across electrical, firmware, and mechanical boundaries in design decisions.
- Own loosely defined problems and deliver working systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to realize product goals.
- Familiarity with bring-up, test, or diagnostic firmware in C/C++/Rust/Python.
