- Participate in design/test readiness reviews with eng/ops.
- Develop/review electrical distribution designs and SLDs.
- Conduct short-circuit, arc-flash, and breaker studies.
- Review DC HV system hardware for electrical safety.
- Embed with engineering/ops/EHS to ensure safe execution.
- Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, implement safety programs.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years electrical experience incl. safety in development labs/NPI.
- 1+ year lithium-ion battery safety.
- NEC, NFPA 70E, ASME, DOE-HDBK-1092-2013.
- Experience with risk assessments, hazard analyses, investigations.
- Experience with Easy Power for short circuit, arc flash, breaker studies.
