Own qualification and test of new electrical designs and SMT lines for high-volume production
Debug root-cause failures in phased-array antenna, Wi-Fi router, PSU PCBA, and cables
Use scopes, spectrum analyzers, x-ray, logic analyzers, and firmware scripts for root-cause
Develop tools to enhance root-cause capabilities for electronics
Run hardware failure investigations across teams and communicate findings to leadership
Run telemetry data analyses to understand the failure landscape

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electrical tech, or computer engineering
1+ years in digital/mixed-signal design; use scopes, DMMs, power supplies, or soldering
Experience with PCBA manufacturing: SMT reflow, wave solder, or selective solder
