🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 3+ years in electrical engineering focused on power generation design, construction, or maintenance.
- 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing electrical engineering, ideally in aerospace, telecom, or high-tech sectors.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, SKM PowerTools.
- Knowledge of generators, transformers, switchgear, protective relaying; interconnection agreements, tariffs, renewable integration; hybrid on-site with energy storage.
- Texas PE license or eligible; strong PM; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- On-site at Bastrop, TX; remote not allowed; ability to travel; valid driver's license; lift up to 25 lbs.
