Support vertical building projects in NYC area with a public sector focus.
Assess site conditions and prepare reports with findings and recommendations.
Design electrical systems under supervision for moderately complex projects.
Develop electrical and fire alarm layouts, calculations, and construction documents.
Prepare drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
Prepare project specs and contribute to bid packages.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in a consulting engineering environment.
Experience with NYC building design; public sector preferred.
Knowledge of NYC and NY State building and electrical codes.
AutoCAD proficiency required; Revit a plus.
EIT certification preferred.
