π― Requirements
- ABET-accredited BS in Electrical Engineering.
- 3β5 years in electrical distribution design, planning, and project execution.
- Proficiency with GIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and MS Office; Google Earth.
- Knowledge of IEEE, NEC, NESC, NERC, and local utility standards.
- Experience with DERs, energy storage, grid modernization, and renewable integration.
- Strong project management and mentoring; excellent written and verbal communication.
