- Update existing unit costs; expand and clarify item descriptions and scope
- Identify item relationships to form assembly-based unit costs

- Collaborate with contractors, account managers, and project managers to select items and review bids
- Collaborate with estimators, architects, engineers, and client representatives
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate in engineering/construction mgmt; 3+ years, or 5 years in lieu
- Thorough knowledge of electrical cost estimating for commercial buildings; regional markets
- Ability to use multiple software platforms
- Experience with CSI MasterFormat and UniFormat coding
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, and time management skills
