Study project plans, designs, and specs to determine scope and resources.
Generate estimates for labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors; obtain bids.
Support PMs by estimating Change Orders during downtime.
Prepare RFIs to identify conflicts and clarifications for bids.
Read specs and drawings; use Accubid Enterprise and LiveCount Plan Viewer for take-offs.
Create Bills of Materials and solicit quotes from suppliers/subcontractors.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of experience as an Electrical Construction Estimator.
Proficient in Accubid Enterprise and LiveCount Plan Viewer.
Strong verbal and written communication; professional with clients and team.
Ability to read specs/drawings and perform take-offs; attention to detail.
MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Team-oriented with ability to lead on projects and meet deadlines.
