Electrical Assessor III

📋 Description

• Conduct on-site facility assessments of electrical and low-voltage systems.
• Evaluate emergency power, photovoltaic, fire alarm, security, data comm, and surveillance systems.
• Travel for field work; deployments typically one week in length, up to two per month.
• Projects range from one to six months.
• Interview operations staff and prepare progress documentation for project managers.
• Review work of peers and participate in post-project reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of related work experience.
• Direct experience in facility condition assessments.
• Experience assessing healthcare and educational facilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for out-of-town assignments.
• Strong communication; proficient with MS Office and mobile devices.
• Licensure, registration, or certification preferred.
