Electrical Assessor III

📋 Description

• On-site facility assessments of electrical and low-voltage systems across US buildings.
• Travel to client sites; field deployments typically one week, max two per month.
• Collaborate on evaluating emergency power, PV, fire alarm, security, and data systems.
• Document deficiencies with technical detail for planning and cost estimates.
• Interview operations staff to gather history and generate progress docs for PM review.
• Support post-project reviews and collaborate with peers as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of related work experience.
• Direct experience in facility condition assessments.
• Healthcare and educational institution experience preferred.
• Licensure or technical certification in a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; tablet and mobile device usage.
