eLearning Content Development Specialist II

📋 Description

• Design and develop eLearning content with stakeholders and SMEs
• Partner with Training Manager to manage design documents and templates
• Manage LMS and establish standards, completion records, and reporting
• Create and manage reporting to track compliance and objectives
• Educate and mentor peers on LMS and course authoring tools
• Demonstrate expertise across fields to deliver high-value training
• Use innovative methods to reach a dispersed global field org
• Develop and prepare presentation materials; write, direct, edit videos and voiceovers

🎯 Requirements

• Degree qualified or equivalent in Instructional Design or Learning Design
• 3+ years of instructional design and online course development experience
• Experience in complex operational or collection vendor networks; financial exp a plus
• Hands-on with eLearning tools: Captivate, Canva, Articulate, Camtasia, Vyond, Lessonly
• Experience creating AI training simulations and sandbox systems
• Strong portfolio of e-learning and video work with ID examples
• Experience with LMS Administration
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication, training content development
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across levels
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and competing priorities
• Proactive thinking, simplify complex information
• Willing to travel up to 20%
