Review Grades 6-8 ELD lessons for alignment with CA ELD standards
Assess pedagogy, scaffolding, differentiation, and language development
Ensure alignment with EL Education's Grades 6-8 Module lessons
Provide constructive, specific feedback on content, activities, assessments, and teacher guidance
Evaluate cultural and linguistic responsiveness

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Valid California teaching credential, preferred
CLAD, BCLAD, or English Learner Authorization
Minimum 3-5 years classroom teaching experience in Grades 6-8 ELA
Demonstrated experience teaching English Language Development or emergent bilingual students
Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms
