• Manage and mentor a globally distributed Java team on logs and metrics.

• Strong communication skills across multiple teams.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders outside of Engineering.
• Proven ability to write performant software and diagnose performance issues.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
