Workplaces Coordinator, Sydney

Job Description

Elastic is seeking a proactive Workplaces Coordinator to support our Sydney team. You will help manage facilities, vendors and daily workplace operations to ensure a safe, productive and welcoming office environment.

What you'll do

• Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations for the Sydney office, including space planning, workspace allocations and office services.
• Liaise with building management, vendors and internal teams to maintain equipment, safety compliance, and a tidy, well-functioning workplace.
• Assist with onboarding, workplace services, and event support for internal teams and visitors.
• Manage inventory, supplies and vendor contracts; track maintenance and service requests.
• Support a positive employee experience by ensuring a smooth, accessible and inclusive office environment.

What we're looking for

• Entry-level experience in facilities, operations or administration; recent graduates welcomed.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, customer-service oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
• Comfort with MS Office and common workplace management tools.
