Senior Solutions Architect - NY/NJ

Overview

Elastic is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our team in the New Jersey / New York region. You will design and deliver scalable data solutions using the Elastic Stack, drive technical engagements with customers, and guide implementations from proof of concept to production. This is an on-site role based in the NY/NJ area.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, Logstash) and related technologies.
• Lead customer engagements, gather requirements, and translate them into architecture and deployment plans.
• Provide technical leadership during deployment, integration, and optimization projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to ensure successful outcomes.
• Advise on cloud architecture, security, performance, and scalability in AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.

What we're looking for

• Senior-level or equivalent experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role; demonstrated ability to lead complex engagements.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Elasticsearch, the Elastic Stack, and observability tooling.
• Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Travel/onsite presence in the NY/NJ region as required.
