Senior Program Manager and LMS Architect

Elastic is seeking a Senior Program Manager and LMS Architect to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise Learning Management System solutions across the organization. This role partners with Product, Engineering, HR, and Learning & Development to define the LMS roadmap, ensure scalable architecture, and deliver programs that improve learning outcomes and operational efficiency in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the LMS architecture and integration strategies across systems (HRIS, SSO, analytics).
• Lead cross-functional programs from discovery through delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, and budgets.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into scalable LMS solutions.
• Evaluate and select LMS platforms and third-party tools when appropriate; manage vendor relationships.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for LMS development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Measure program success with KPIs such as adoption, completion rates, and learner satisfaction; report to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience with LMS or enterprise software projects.
• Deep knowledge of LMS architectures and integrations (e.g., HRIS, SSO, analytics platforms).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with data privacy/compliance in learning platforms.
