Role overview

As a Regional Services Partner in Brazil, you will lead Elastic Services engagements for customers in the region, coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to deliver successful Elastic Stack deployments. You will manage projects end‑to‑end, define scope and timelines, and ensure high customer satisfaction while driving regional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional professional services engagements from scoping to delivery across Brazil
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner ecosystems to ensure successful outcomes
• Provide project leadership, solution architecture guidance, and timely status updates
• Develop and maintain local partner networks, enablement programs, and knowledge transfer
• Conduct customer education and training on Elastic products and best practices
• Represent Elastic in country-specific events and initiatives

Requirements

• Mid‑Senior level experience in professional services or consulting
• Hands‑on experience with Elastic Stack components (Elasticsearch, Kibana/Observability, Security) is a plus
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Ability to travel within Brazil as needed; familiarity with the LATAM market is beneficial
• Self‑driven, client‑facing mindset with proven project delivery capabilities
