Role overview

You will partner with People & Culture (HR) and Finance to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll for EMEA in coordination with external providers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local tax, social security, and employment regulations.
Maintain accurate employee master data and payroll system records.
Respond to payroll inquiries, prepare payroll reports, and support audits.
Support payroll-related system improvements and process optimizations.

Requirements

Experience in payroll processing within the EMEA region; UK payroll experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
Proficiency with payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail, data privacy awareness, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Eligible to work in the United Kingdom and able to be onsite in London.
