Jr. IT Risk & Compliance Analyst - ElastiGrad

Overview

Elastic is seeking a Jr. IT Risk & Compliance Analyst as part of the ElastiGrad program. This entry‑level role supports Elastic's IT risk and compliance program, helping identify, assess, and remediate IT risks, assist in documentation, controls testing, and policy alignment with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IT risk assessments and control documentation
• Support compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Help prepare for audits and assist with remediation activities
• Maintain risk registers and control inventories
• Support vendor risk management and third‑party assessments
• Contribute to privacy and data protection initiatives
• Collaborate with security and IT teams to implement controls

Qualifications

• Entry‑level or recent graduate; education is optional
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with IT risk and compliance concepts (SOC 2, ISO 27001) is a plus
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of data privacy concepts and regulatory requirements is beneficial
