Role overview

Elastic is building a global Engineering Talent Community and is seeking a passionate contributor to help grow and engage engineers worldwide who are excited about Elastic's technology. This remote-friendly role operates across the EMEA region to connect, nurture, and empower engineers who could become part of Elastic's extended engineering network.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute programs to grow Elastic's engineering talent community worldwide.
• Plan and host virtual and in-person events, meetups, and webinars.
• Create content (blog posts, case studies, social posts) to showcase Elastic's engineering culture and technology.
• Build and maintain relationships with community members, ambassadors, and partner organizations.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align programs with hiring goals.
• Gather feedback from the community to improve the candidate experience and employer brand.
• Track key metrics and report on program impact.
