Warehouse Manager - Weekends

Job Description

eko is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee weekend operations at our Bentonville distribution center. This role leads all receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping activities, ensuring accuracy, safety, and on-time fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage staff, assign shifts, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to optimize throughput and on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Ensure proper use of warehouse management systems and equipment; support FIFO/LIFO practices as appropriate.

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse or operations leadership experience; prior weekend shift availability.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and standard warehouse equipment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
