Warehouse Manager

Job Description

Eko is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all daily warehouse operations in Bentonville, AR. This on-site role will oversee receiving, put-away, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory control, and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement and logistics to improve inventory accuracy and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the warehouse team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and drive KPI performance.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and customer service to optimize processes and service levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory controls.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
